If you receive your project and there appears to be an error, we want to be able to help you fix that! Send in a photo of the product you received with a brief explanation of the error, along with your account number, project ID, and order number to either firstname.lastname@example.org or simply click on the ‘Need Help’ and send it through the ‘Submit a Support Request’.
Upon receiving that email ticket we will be in contact with you as we assess why the error occurred to ensure that reprinting it will not cause the error to happen again. If there is a user error, you can still reorder your product! We offer a 75% discount within 30 days of the original order date.
