Damaged in shipping?

If your product and packages arrives damaged to you, please let us know! We can help you place a reorder for that product.  Please send an email request through the ‘Need Help’ link/Support Center or send an email to support@heritagemakers.com.  We ask you to provide a brief explanation, attach photos of the actual damaged packaging and the product you received, along with your account number/order number, and we can process that reprint for you.
