How Can I Find My Account Number?

Everyone with a Heritage Makers account has an account number. You can find your account number in a couple different places online after you log in.

 

First, log into your HM account

Click on the green link to “my account”

Once you click on “my account,” this is the next page that will load. Your account id is in the grayed out box above your name.

One other place you can find your account number is at the very bottom of any HM webpage, on the copyright line after the “u:”

What if I can’t log into my account?

If you do not know how to log into your account, you can do one of two things:

  1. Contact Customer Support and an agent can locate your account number using other account information such as name or email.
  2. Contact your Personal Publishing Consultant

    My name is Mary Baldwin....my account number is.....679605....I am unable to

    log in to my account.....I stopped in the middle of a project to sign up for the

    premier account....after I paid with my credit card...I went back to continue working

    and I could not find my work....it is as though everything is erased...I had all evening

    to work on it....and I cannot get help from anyone at this hour....this has upset me

    and there is no one to call.
